Delete my account
Passenger or driver, you can ask at any time for your account and the data linked to it to be deleted. The request is free.
From the app
This is the most direct way, in Qanbio as in Qanbio Driver:
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
Without the app
If you have uninstalled the app or lost access to your phone, write to us. Give the phone number of the account and say whether it is a passenger or a driver account.

To protect your account, proof of identity may be requested before we act on the request. You will receive a reply within the timeframes set by Law No. 2013-450.
What happens next
- As soon as you ask, your data is no longer used to run the platform.
- Your account data is permanently deleted after 30 days.
- Drivers: the supporting documents in your file are kept for 3 years after the account is deleted, then deleted.
- Financial entries for the subscription and penalties cannot be altered: they are kept for 10 years for accounting obligations, detached from your identity when the account is permanently deleted.
